  • Basic human needs; Maslow's Hieracrchy
    • Physiological needs
      • At the base of the pyramid. These include food, warmth, sleep, shelter and sex. You have to satisfy these needs before going tot the next set of needs
    • Saftey needs
    • Social needs
      • The need for love and a sense of belonging. This could be through social relationships in family, friends or work.
    • Esteem needs
      • The desire to achieve acquire status and independence. They can be met by achievement and work
    • Self-acualisation
      • To fulfill this need an individual must realise their protential and feel a sense of statisfaction and accomplishment in their achievement. They are accpeting of others and content with themselves.
