    • Sex differences understood in two key axes - empathising and systemising
      • Men are systemisers while women tend to be empathisers
      • Empathising is the prediction of behaviours of others by putting yourself in their position
      • Systemising is drive to analyse, understand and construct systems, where a system takes input and delivers output according to rules.
    • Males perform worse than females in theory of mind test and autistic people perform poorer than both
      • Includes  friendship questionnaire, identifying expression from pics of eyes and Sally-Ann task
    • Males are exposed to more fetal testosterone than females and Autistic people are shown to have been subject to higher levels of fetal testosterone
    • Men are better at visuo-spatial tasks
