- Voas and Crockett(2006/7): Resocialisation When you go into the workplace you have to learn the processes. When you get a new job you have to relearn the processes there.
- Waddington (1999): Canteen culture The norms and values at work where people are socialised to accept.
- A serious undertone e.g. racism in the police
- Basics
- Primary socialisation is 0-4 and the most important agent is family
- Secondary socialisation starts at school and all 6 agents affect us through our lives.
