don't be too personal. try to keep your own ideas&opinions out of the questions. kepe the quetsionnaire as short as posisble.include a brief introduction to explain the purpose of the questionnaire&always end by thanking ur respondents.

same as the interview questionnaires. list of quetsions that the researcher reads out to the respondent in a particular order.

closed questions&so produce largely quantitative data.

what are unstructured interviews?

a less formal interview more like a conversation.more likely to take place in a relaxed environment.
