Run the burn under cold water for at least 10 minutes, Sit the person down and wash your hands, remove any jewelry to stop swelling, Put burn cream on, apply non-stick bandage on the burn to stop any infections

How to treat a sprain
Sit or lay the casualty down, support the injured area, apply an icepack or cold compress to the area for 10 minutes, place a bandage on but not too tight because it may start to swell, if the casualty does not respond send them to the hospital

How to treat a open fracture
Ask the casualty to keep still, put disposible gloves on if available, control any bleeding from the wound, stabilise as for a closed fracture, secure the dressing with a bandage, cover the wound with a sterile dressing
