What is ANNICA?
Everything is impermanent and everything changes. Things that exist now did not exist in the past and things that exist now will cease to exist. Everything is in a constant state of change.

What is ANATTA?
Everything is interdependent and all things change. Nothing has a fixed identity and so EVERYTHING is an illusion. There is no separate self, so you are your environment.

What is DUKKHA?
This is suffering, such as old age, sickness and death. Its also un-satisfaction, which is that things don't go how you plan or how you expect.

What are the names of the Three Universal Truths?
Annicca, Anatta and Dukkha

What are the Four Noble Truths?
DUKKHA, SAMUDAYA, NIRODHA and the EIGHTFOLD PATH

What is DUKKHA?
SUFFERING- all existence os characterised by suffering and EVERYTHING is suffering (birth-sickness-death)

What is SAMUDAYA?
ORIGIN OR CAUSE OF SUFFERING. Desire/craving for pleasure- becoming or passing away. Craving binds you to SAMSARA. The reliance of attachment= TANHA

What is NIRODHA?
CESSATION or the ELIMINATION OF SUFFERING. Its the realisation that suffering can come to an end.

What is the Fourth Noble Truth?
THE MEANS FOR ENDING SUFFERING- The Eightfold Path

What is Dhamma/Dharma?
The teachings of Gautama Buddha.

What is the Eightfold Path?
Perfect View, Perfect resolve, Perfect speech, Perfect Conduct, Perfect Livelihood, Perfect Effort, Perfect Mindfulness, Perfect Concentration.

What is Perfect View and Perfect Resolve?
Perfect View- Understanding the Four Noble Truths and understanding the non-individuality of existence. perfect Resolve is good will and non-harming of sentiment beings.

What is Perfect Speech, Perfect Conduct and Perfect Livelihood?
Perfect Speech is to avoid lying, slander and gossip. Perfect Conduct is to avoid immoral actions. Perfect Livelihood is avoid harming sentiment being and avoiding in weapons or drugs.

What is Perfect Effort, Perfect Mindfulness and Perfect Concentration?
Perfect Effort is to avoid bad kamma and cultivate good kamma. Perfect Mindfullness is to be mindful of the body, of feelings/thinking and of what you think about. Perfect Concentration is to have perfect concentration of the mind.
