21/23 and still disagree with Ques 13 - you need the word recurring in there. A terminating decimal (which is normally what you would assume a decimal is unless you are told otherwise) would make the answer true.

To turn a recurring decimal into a fraction: have the repeating unit on top and the same number of nines as the denominator, then cancel down.
