i think you've got the wrong definition for a creditor, an example of a creditor is a customer, whereas your definitions is the definition for a debtor, i.e. someone who the business owes money to. Other than that good quiz :)

Hi Olivia,

The creditor is a liability for the firm, therefore is on the Credit side of the Balance Sheet (hence the term creditor). A debtor is also known as an Accounts Receivable, a debit side (Current Asset) and therefore the debtor.
