Costume

There is a certain lightness to the music which shows the movements of the cupids as they are "angelic"
There is a whirlwind at the end adding drama when they exit at the end of the dance together.

Cupids - Have a unisex look wearing striped pyjamas, crinkled blond hair in a helmet tight shape and amusingly small rubber wings which twitch when they dance. The cupids still wear the spectacles so can be recognised from the orphanage
Clara is presented a new dress the cupids that is Blue with white polka dots and a large underskirt that swishes with movement this co notates her movement into womanly hood.

Set and Lighting ( Physical Setting)

Choreography

Scene is bare apart from a sign post indicating sweetie land and the frozen pond indicating that Clara is stuck between two different destinations.
The cupids fly in on an amusing boat of feathers.
Still a dim light to show how lonely and cold Clara feels

Cupids use a variety of different techniques : Elevation, leaps and flapping arms. The use hand gestures drawn towards their mouths or extended outwards.
The Cupids also add comedic value because they Wiggle their hips, shrug their shoulders and plod to the beat - giving them a more contempary dance.
They perform a short trio where Cara shares some of there elevations previously performed, ad creep off together holding hands.
